About Me

Rob is a singer/songwriter and multi instrumentalist who lives in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. He records his original songs in his home studio, The Blues Room. The final EQs and mastering is done by the much accomplished Scott Hull at his MASTERDISK studio in Peekskill, NY. In the 1970s and 1980s Rob recorded and performed live with two trios, The King Brothers and Driven Drive. Some very old cassettes still exist from that period of time. Butterflies and Ghosts, Rob's collection of 10 original compositions, was released in September 2022. Masquerade was released in December 2023 and his most recent album, Knockout Beauty, was released in April 2025. Rob's music is categorized as folk/rock. His influences are Bob Dylan, Neil Young. Paul Simon and Bruce Springsteen. Some other favorite artists of his are Tom Petty, Nick Drake, Leonard Cohen, Jason Isbell, Billy Strings and, of course, The Beatles.
